The team were met with a well prepared and ran circuit, it was slightly sandy with stones and the weather was mainly good but there were a few small showers and a good crowd.
Qualifying went well with pole position by 1.6 seconds.
Race 1 :
Not such a good start off the concrete start, rounding the first corner in 12th Max was soon through the pack into second behind series leader Steven Lenoir, then as Max was on to Lenoir to battle for the lead he jumped a little too far and landed in the braking bumps for the next corner and fell. Remounting in 4th Max showed great speed as he sliced through the top 3 to take he first win of the day.
Race 2 :
As Germany last week Max took the holeshot and just led every lap giving the crowd a lesson on how to ride the perfect laps. With a convincing lead Max just had fun and took his Monster Energy DRT Kawasaki to his second win of the day.
Race 3 :
Max again took a good start just missing out on the holeshot by a few millimeters but normal service was resumed as Max quickly put himself to the front and again put on a class act to win by over 30 seconds as he floated around the bumpy Suffolk circuit.

Max Anstie : “Today was fun and enjoyed the circuit today although it got very bumpy, it was nice to get the Championship lead and the Red plate after missing the first round due to injury. I have never had a Red plate before! Everything is working well with the bike and now we have Sweden and Latvia I need to continue where I left off in the World after winning Germany.”
Steve Dixon : “Today was a relief, all races are hard to win both at World and British levels, out of the 12 British races so far Max has had 9 wins and 3 seconds (to Herlings). So whilst Max had done a fantastic job of guiding the bike to success we have to thank Jordy, Ben and the rest of the team plus all the sponsors for their product, support and work that keep Max up front. It is great to be able to show what the Kawasaki KX250F is capable of at this level.”
